BLEED THE SKY Issue Update On Guitarist WAYNE MILLER's Condition

June 24, 2006

Orange County's BLEED THE SKY have issued the following update on the condition of their guitarist Wayne Miller, who was recently hospitalized in Louisville, Kentucky while the band was on tour with DOPE:

"We've all been trading off watching Wayne up at the hospital. His temperature this morning got down to around 99, which is the lowest it's been all week, and he's also been responding to us talking to him and trying to say stuff too. He's still on the ventilator, which is doing most his breathing for him, and he's technically not on life support like the press release said, but aside from the breathing machine he is under constant sedation.

"We'd like to thank all the friends, fans and family that have been so supportive of Wayne.

"It seems like hes getting his energy back slowly, even though the doctors still can't figure out what he has.

"We apologize for not being able to respond to many of the messages on MySpace. Most of the messages are asking about Wayne's condition, so hopefully this should answer most of them."

BLEED THE SKY's debut album, "Paradigm In Entropy", is available now on Nuclear Blast Records.

Formed in early 2003, BLEED THE SKY specialize in "mixing groovy metal riffs with distinctive melodies and profound lyrics." The band have previously shared the stage with such acts as AMERICAN HEAD CHARGE, MURDERDOLLS, MY RUIN, SKINLAB and DEICIDE.
